Satan and the the Devil. Two

Job and Jesus, knew Suffering!

This comparison between two men and Satan is of great value to all believers who are suffering today, in hostile environments, bad neighbors, difficult Churches and religious persecution that involves violent attacks.

It is hard to be a follower of Jesus, it is hard to love and forgive at time those that seek you both physical and mental harm?

Job was innocent, but his friends did not comfort him but rather find ways to make him believe he had sinned. Jesus was insulted and attempts to trap Him with words was a daily toll, both men suffered pain and rejection but both made it through.

They show to us a way and an understanding more so Jesus of all that we have gone through, He too did for us. Job was rewarded for his faith with prosperity, Jesus with sitting on his Fathers throne and we who press on and win the crown Salvation Eternal!

Satan and the Devil. One.

Jesus said, I saw Satan fall from Heaven! Luke 10:18

Sadly today many believers do no longer believe in the Devil, let alone Satan and much is discounted as foolishness?

This comes in light of a massive crime wave, guns, knives and murders, terrorism, honor killings and wars all over the world! People seem to have been sanitized to the reality of what is happening around them and many live in the soap bubble of clever misinformation?

Jesus reveals to us a event that happened pre-creation and so the book of Revelation confirms past events such as a war in Heaven. We learn now the nature of our Lord incarnate and that before even we were made a great conflict was at work to cause the fall of Adam and Eve in the garden!

Satan has already been judged and He is defeated, yet He continues to harass humanity of whom He has control and attack believers hoping to win them back and disgrace the cross!

Halloween?

Showing that the Light of God always shines through the Darkness!

Many Christians today are quick to dismiss ‘Harry Potter and Halloween as evil and not of any value, yet the Anglican Church maintained this festival since the reformation to show that God is greater than the Devil!

Evil is a ever present reality just as sin is, but we all have choices in relation to our actions and people, children can have the fun, while learning to see the difference?

The means to evangelise over this all hallows, will be a great blessing to us and may change the hearts and minds of many young people in these perilous times of increased knife crime and other criminal activity, such as county lines and prostitution with all the other social media and cyber space related issues!

HELL?

Who will be There?

The Holy Bible says all who have refused to believe and wicked cruel people! But that definition of sinners has changed today, because not all sin is sin, like loving children and same sex relationships?

Society and some elements of the Church have accepted sin on this one level, which does now justify the right to kill, steal, lie, be dishonest and disobey God! But this is not Gods way and we will have to give an account of our actions in this life!

Hope in God being fair is not good enough, because He has no favorites and what He says remains because we are believers we know that He does not change. There is a separation from God and it is well listed wither some leaders believe it or not in the Bible that not everyone is going to be in heaven!

Darkness, fires, unquenchable pain and all mentioned along with the bottomless pit and the torment of the Devil for Eternity! We cannot afford as leaders, evangelists and Pastors to ignore these facts and lead others in to a false sense of security when this is the reality of all who will be lost!

Our Choices?

Choosing right from Wrong!

Taking a look at the world today we hear and see nothing more than death through murder and terrorism, but also war and traffic incidents and also other accidents!

Making choices is a difficult subject to cover in one blog post, but we will at this time take a cover of the subject and later develop it into something much deeper.

Looking at the actions of Brenton Tarrant points to an heart full of hatred and evil and mixed up man? But it was he alone who made the choice to carry out these attacks on over one hundred people praying in two Mosques!

Was he demon possessed or did he do it of his own choice? Its tough to know, perhaps those who examine him will know better as to his motives, because the actions of the crazed are not always the work of the Devil!
